Well I thank you for using spaces. Didn't make it halfway through his. I'll give yours a go.

EDIT: I read both of the statements in full. Yes it would seem Ashy has no idea who morgoth is. He is clearly present in the kick log alone, which is sad, since he is not the one getting kicked. :lol:

I see no signs of admin abuse to him (on his main name). A little from the players. Lunchbox votes on everyone, he has a bad habit of /ragevote.

My thoughts, ashy may be ignorant to the whole situation at hand in some cases.

^^^^ if you do read them, which i advise you do, then i couldnt help but notice that you setup a vote kick on the said person. for that i thank you. server can always use good voters.

Truth: What you said here is a lie. You didn't ask me if I was BKing. You froze me. I had to ask you after I was unfrozen. After me you forced two other players into observer. Refutable proof? Define that. There's more than one way to be a garbage admin. You could not do your job at all. That is one way. Another way is to bully and kick people around, even legitimate players who have done nothing to deserve it, punishing them without giving reason and then telling them to shut up as you threaten worse things.

Also, why the fuck can't I play if I'm an Admin? I have no problems at all doing all my Admin shit and playing at the same time. Why do you think people were frozen, kicked, and forced into OBS while I was playing? Oh wait.. that's because I can multi-task! Not one person asked why I did what I did, and the rest of the player-base applauded what I did. I guess next time some guy is spamming vote kicks on you, I'll just let him do as he pleases instead of stepping in to save you; then maybe you'll realize the people who actually ruin your game. :popcorn
You have no problems doing both? If that were true, we wouldn't be having this conversation. Truth is that you couldn't see what was going on which is why you froze me. And you didn't care what was going on, otherwise you would have asked me if I was BKing. You know, sometimes when an enemy is in your base, in order to kill him there MIGHT be some collateral damage. Did you think about that? Let's just admit that you wanted to freeze me to prove a point that you are the boss and you do what you want.
I'd also like to point out, if you're going to BK, fucking make it known why. If you don't, then that's your own problem. I don't have time to waste asking why you BKed 3 objects on the field on your own team. (But I will always assume it's malicious if the number keeps rising.) Even I state why I'm BKing an object on the field; so If an admin can do it, and play, and administer this rag-tag group, then so can a player.

If I really wanted to BK and screw up the game, I would probably start by taking down walls and turrets, not inv stations. (By the way, when an Inv station is in the middle of the map where everyone is fighting, it might not be the safest place for it anyhow).

I've been playing Tribes for years. I've been on this server quite a while. If you don't know me and don't know by now that I am not one that does that kind of stupid crap, then that is your problem. But it shows how in tune you are with the community and with the other players. And just so you know, the "community" is bigger than yourself, Scarecrow, and Sapo. Don't accuse me of disrepect. I think others would agree that I am a very respectful player overall (although I've had a little fun at Knight's expense, I admit). And I think your enraged rant at me and self-righteous defense of yourself says everything that needs to be said.

I think your analysis is fair. Brief comment is that most of my votes especially to map change come in the middle of the day if I am on at times when as you know there are very few players anyhow. It's hard to see the concrete circumstances of votes going back for two years so I won't say anything further.

Am I saying that I was admin abused a lot? No, not at all. Even what happened the other night is very minor in itself. Sorry I can't be more specific or list all the instances where I've seen this happen to others. I'll try to pay attention more.

Also, yes I "know" who Morgoth is. I've encountered him unfortunately a number of times in the game. I am aware of the problems he's caused and also for that reason since is his out there lurking around that sometimes perhaps it may be the case that the admins are quicker to jump when they think there may be a problem. I certainly do not include all admins; obviously most do their job and I've never complained about them before. But when some of the admins jump on good legitimate players who don't usually cause problems and especially when they are clearly not observing but just reacting, then I have a problem. A simple apology could be sufficient. Lawlz however thinks he is acting in the right by being this way. I wouldn't call that "helping the community to thrive."

I suggested once before that deployables shouldn't be counted as BKed unless a single player does more than (let's say) 50% damage to it before it's destroyed.
This would eliminate many of the accidental and incidental BKs being displayed to admins. (fewer false alarms).

Is there a way to code this?

I'm not going to apologize for your lack of communication. You exceeded about 10+ on the BK warning text that I get, and when I asked you didn't say anything. (I'm going to assume that you were smurfing because I don't even remember freezing you on, "Ashy_Larry.")

The fact that you think you deserve any type of apology is pretty entertaining to me though.
I guess for future reference again, don't come crying to me if someone spills your milk and ruins your games from now on.

It's people like you who make other admins lazy and not want to do anything because people attempt to reprimand for every action taken. You act like the community sets the rules; but that's where you're entirely wrong. You can sit there and think we're some corrupt police force all you want, but like I've stated multiple times, you don't have a clue what you're talking about. Not to mention, you seem to be the only one here bitching about me still. :nod:

So since you're also admitting you weren't abused, I'm apparently failing to see why you're still here bitching? Because it's definitely not constructive at all. :clap:

I don't think it's really a problem how it's set up currently. You get a notice that prompts what was destroyed anyways, so it's easy to rule out what is and isn't typically malicious. And for me to freeze someone, I have to see a stream of red + usually some aggravation from a teammate of theirs.

If anything you should be glad that I only freeze people for BKs while others kick. I at least give you time to explain yourself while you, "melt," a little. :lol:

Crow can you pull up a log of what I even did to this guy? I'm pretty curious cause he is raging hard as fuck.

i thought it was be a gg case closed. ill check it out later. i doubt any serious abuse is going on, and i know scare likes to make idle threats to campers / people who displease him. he doesn't carry them out though. he only jokes. though that being said, he is also the oldest active oz aside from me, and he has my respect. which is a long time active in this mod lol.

Your own words convict you. You're so certain that I exceeded 10 on the BK warning and then you don't remember if you froze me or not? I don't admit not being abused. I feel he's very constructive to tribes as he gives me something to shoot when he's on. Hard to find players with a high calibur of skill now days. You would not last 10 kills in a 1v1 setting with me. Just throwing in my two cents on that part.

Hard to take this guy seriously at all. Please go back to mindlessly walking around in spawn and pew-pewing with your shotgun. You're just the new fish. The new Knight5. The new DDRuntime. If I upset you that much, don't play. Pretty straight-forward and simple. Or just don't BK. :popz:
