Why do you think you would make a good admin:
I'm a strong believer in justice, due process, and fairness for all. I am not abusive but I'm not afraid to do what needs to be done to keep the server fun and fair for all. I am dedicated to BR which has been shown by my mapping and coding admin functions for the server. I get along with most players and have been trusted with admin on a few servers throughout Tribes history.
And your views on players using cheats? HM? would you be booting them?

HM is something you cant just boot everyone for, because there is a high percentage of players that use it.
You can hope that clans enforce a anti happy mod view to its members and that the players themselves will see a reason to stop using it.
If I were told that I had to punish someone for using happy mod Id simply warn them a couple of times then decided on the next action such as a kick or freeze. The player can always decide to turn it off next time they rejoin, or keep using it with the same risks
