Noticed some of the spawn points on maps are bad and see some players complaining about them.

Spawn in the line of fire of their own defenses when the defense turret is in the process of trying to shoot the enemy.
Spawn far away from their own base.
If a map with a tall tower base, spawning on the bottom of the base where they have to work their way back to the top if the inside of the tower has flooring.
Spawning inside a defense setup, and having to self kill themselves to re-spawn in another place to continue.
And with keeping the same spawn points per map, some players learn these and are able to setup defenses to auto kill.

Is there a way to make it where the spawn points auto change and don't stay the same on the map?

Some maps are pretty outdated and can be fixed by a simple thing which is playing in the real server and treat the back up server as backup. It runs an old version of anni. And about the spawn points that you said, it's the players fault for keeping too much d near a spawn point. And if they spawn below a so called big tower, rather than taking the long route they can simply suicide for another spawn... Each map has a different spawn point. If there is a specific issue with a specific map, you can comment the maps name here..

In Tribes maps it's typical for each team to have at least ten starting drop points where players start for the very first time when the map starts and then also another ten plus respawn points where players randomly respawn after they die.

On some maps like Broadside they put respawn maps upstairs, behind the base on the back, one random one down in the field almost under the enemy base and then a bunch downstairs in the base. In Raindance for example there isn't a single drop point inside the base and some of them are far enough from the base and in a little dip in the terrain so one can't see any part of their base when they respawn there.

Some of these original placements by Dynamix just happen to work really great for annihilation on some maps. Some are about as trash for annihilation gameplay as you could imagine (Raindance) or minor inconveniences like spawning upstairs in Broadside. But the point is those original maps that shipped with tribes were copied and used to make pretty much every 300+ maps we have now, including their droppoint placement. So *fixing* drop points is pretty much an impossible task unless they are out of bounds on a certain map or something.
